To access our client portal, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.
Next Gen Systems provides web development and software project services through our client portal. The portal allows you to view project progress, communicate with our team, manage invoices, and access project deliverables. The specific scope of work will be defined in individual project agreements.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
Payment terms, including amounts, milestones, and due dates, will be outlined in your individual project agreement. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us within 30 days of the charge. Refunds for completed work or delivered milestones are generally not available.
Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, the following applies: Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the custom deliverables created specifically for your project. Next Gen Systems retains ownership of all pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and reusable components used during development.
The Next Gen Systems name, logo, and branding are our intellectual property and may not be used without written permission. All content on the platform, including design, text, and graphics, is protected by intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Gen Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Next Gen Systems in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Our platform and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Either party may terminate their account or engagement with written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.
Upon termination, your access to the client portal will be revoked. Any outstanding payments remain due. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through a notice on our platform. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
We encourage you to review these terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these terms were last revised.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration or the appropriate courts.
